One day the chicken, struck with an idea to fix the team turmoil between the animals on the farm, excitedly shared it with the pig.
“Let’s have a breakfast!” the chicken clucked.
The pig was open to the idea at first, then thought, “Well, hold on a minute. For you that only requires involvement, for me it takes commitment.”
If there’s an important initiative before you, put some skin in the game. Don’t be a chicken, scratching at the dirt and laying eggs.
I don’t know what great goals are happening in your world, but if you want to make sure they’re actually accomplished I hope you’re committed to your commitments.
