Why have you neglected training your Accounts Payable team? Because every time you see them, they’re smiling and seem happy? Come on.
Are your recruiters filling checkboxes or finding future leaders? Do they know how?
And where do you fit on this diagram? Because you own the joint and no one calls you out on your behavior, you think you’re exempt from feedback and improvement?
You might have a good run, but the market will eventually abandon you.
